I just happened to remember that my childhood home address was 69 (nice) Dr. Mann Rd.
Yes that is a trailer with an addition, with an addition, with an addition. Looks like the new owners built an extra garage too.
All those woods are public land too. With a trail Heading east that happened to end at our yard. Watching people hop off their snowmobiles to turn them around, after realizing they were at a dead end was fun , seeing some one BACK UP with a snowmobile for the first one was mind blowing. It was a fun place to grow up.
